“This place was quiet and special. The Pondhouse had just about everything you would have at home. Clean, cozy and awesome views. Less than 10 min drive to Smuggers Notch. Ellen the host was sweet, accommodating and communicated quickly to my questions. I definitely would stay again. .”

“Thank you Eric and Francine! Our stay was fantastic. The two suites had everything we needed for our stay including all household amenities and was very clean. Eric gave a tour of the house to help us get settled in. Eric was generous supplying fire wood, prepping the fire while we were out, keeping drive way clear of snow, refilling hot tub water and providing restaurant recommendations. “The rooms were huge, but there were no products stocked and we had to call and ask for shampoo/soaps upon arrival. I love the robes that are put in the room. Other downside is that the wifi didn’t work in the rooms. Only upset was that the lodge staff and the cafe staff were not friendly at all. The girls that were working the desk at check in were incredibly rude. They would rather be on their phones or talk about how they weren’t paid enough/something regarding pay. Nobody ever acknowledged us...
