Hotel a Diamond Point

“First, I’ll say the view was spectacular. No place for clothes or toiletries. Sheets did not fit the bed (bottom sheet stretched out, so bed was “unmade in the middle of the night), intermittent internet. The owner kindly reset the modem, but it was not resolved. Since they tried once I assumed it wouldn’t work a second time. I think they need a booster for cabin 6. Pricing through Expedia was not transparent, not sure it’s the owners fault. ”

“This is our third stay at the property. The other two stays have been great, but this time the room smell like mold and there was a person yelling very loudly at 7:00 in the morning. I'm afraid I didn't get the best feedback or help from the management. There was mold and slime on the bottom of the shower. The jetted tub was fantastic”

“1) Bathroom had water damage on drywall seams, shower rod was damaged and corroding, hot water for tub did not really stop, could turn either way and water would come out. 2) Bedroom lights did not work between queen beds - we booked a single queen bed. Switch spun and did nothing. Mattress/box spring closest to heater was unsupportive to body weight, slept in the other bed so we were cold during the night. Entry light worked but the other lights were all unplugged. Would not recommend based...

“There was literal black mold on pillow cases and sheet, blood spots on toilet seat and chair, desk was sticky, very very very unsanitary, clearly had not been cleaned on a VERY long time. No one would come to the desk to address. Complaint filed with Department of Health this place was THAT BAD. You are better off sleeping on a park bench than in this hotel. I cannot stress how disgusting vile gross this place is. I had low expectations given the price but the bar here for basic cleanliness...

“per fortuna ho dormito una sola notte, la camera puzzava di umido e polvere talmente tanto che era impossibile dormire, avevamo tutti e 3 la gola infiammata dagli acari!. Non capisco come possa evere valutazioni così alte, probabilmente sono false come anche quelle del Motel The Forks inn a Forks che è dello stesso proprietario e dove sfortunatamete ho dormito il giorno successivo, pessimo come questo. Se potete evitateli entrambi”

“La camera era adiacente al ristorante dell’hotel ed ai servizi igienici esterni, non proprio ideale. Le dimensioni ridotte e la pulizia non eccellente, soprattutto la moquette che presentava macchie un po’ inquietanti, sono tutti fattori che non mi fanno giudicare positivamente la struttura. Rapporto qualità prezzo non idoneo. Unica nota piacevole, la struttura in sé, una residenza con una storia da raccontare. ”

“The location and simplicity of the hotel is what we love. On the water with beach access. Watch the ferry and other boats come and go from the balcony. Close to downtown. The staff has always been friendly and helpful when we stay.”
