“This was the perfect little house for our trip out to see family in placerville. It was clean, convenient and communication with host was great. Love the little touches they have put into this place including the garden in the backyard. My three year old loved the books and games. Would stay here again. ”

We had a crazy schedule with being in town for a race and owner was very flexible about making sure we could get into property and even got up at an insanely early hour to have complimentary breakfast food available. ”

“The property was great and had everything we needed. It is conveniently located to local establishments and Safeway. The outdoor areas were large with lots of space to enjoy. Had some trouble with the Jacuzzi heater so we did not end up using it, was only warm not hot.Everything was clean. The bathrooms & showers were very nice and spacious.The beds could be softer. “Hubby didn't like how the shower in the master bedroom didn't heat quickly as it should. Hot tub is more like a warm tub, but a GREAT hottub. 2 Bucket seat style areas and 1 that gets your hips real good with the pressure. Really good tub! Heat not super hot tho. The house was almost 90 degrees when we checked in. Itd be nice if it was programmed to be cool if the owner has control over that. BUT that is a big ask lol! I loved the place.
