“There was lots of fast food and restaurants around. The hotel looked new on the outside, but was older on the inside, but not bad. The blankets are very thin and pillows. No tissues for the customers. There was a booger on the wall by the bed. The TV was hard to work and not very many channels. No breakfast for the customers. The AC worked OK went off and on a lot, the manager did peek his face in the window of our room at 9:30 to see if we were still in there. I had to open the door. That was...

“You get what you pay for. Rooms were recently remodeled but all 3 of our rooms had dead cockroaches and ours had a couch that was still in the cardboard and plastic from its delivery. One of our rooms already had guests staying in it so we walked in on them. Front desk couldn’t explain why there was somebody already there. Would not stay there again but you live and learn!”

“Staff is great - they waived extra guest fee upon asking nicely - all the activities are pretty much inside and well appointed. The kiosk Checkin was a bit chaotic as after some tries we anyway had to stand in line. Otherwise the property and park is very well managed ”

“Short, sweet and simple”

“Here are the downside: The front desk closes at 7pm. It was very challenging to find out to check in when we arrived there after that time. They provide the clean up or bed sheets service only once a week. Some of the lights were out and the sink stopper was broken. We stayed there for 4 days and reported the problems at the front on the first day but no one came to fix them. Now the upside: The room was fairly large and clean. It was quiet. ”

“My room smelled bad. Garbage was stacked in the hall near the elevator for two days. Breakfast didn’t open til 6:30 which is too late. The place had a bad vibe. Like a dormitory. ”
