“Room had a musty/mildew smell to it. TV remote would not change channels. Front desk stated no one on site to fix and then it worked long enough to change to one other channel and never worked again so we were stuck watching the same stay for our entire stay. I know it is first world problems but for over $200 a night that is the least I expect. When I informed the front desk the following morning all I got was I’m sorry we don’t have staff onsite to fix problems. I will not stay here again on...

Abbiamo chiamato 2 volte la reception chiedendoli di avvisare gli ospiti di stare in silenzio.Alla fune abbiamo dormito poco e niente. Per quanto riguarda la colazione , non posso dire niente perché NON L'HANNO SERVITA! Neanche il caffè! Hanno semplicemente deciso di non farla quel giorno (nonostante fosse inclusa).”
