“Extremely disappointing experience. We booked and paid for a room well in advance, and the hotel’s own check-in policy clearly states that check-in is available from 3:00 PM until 4:00 AM. We arrived at 12:00 AM, well within that timeframe, only to be told that our room had been given to someone else and there was no room available for us. “Stayed on the second floor. The ac was not working properly. The room was very humid”

“Breakfast not included. Even while other hotels nearby offer the same. The room was not cleaned properly, pet and human hair was on the carpet everywhere. They vacuumed after our request and we see the clear difference after that. The bath gel was empty and we did not bother as for refill. Not and expected experience for the rate paid.”
