Hotel a Dickson

“Staff was very friendly, property was very clean. Everything was great.”

“Friendly staff. Generally clean. I was assigned to the handicap-accessible room. It did not look like it had been occupied in awhile. The bathroom had a bad, mildew odor (shower curtain, I think) and the faucet leaked. The bathroom door was closed and there was no ventilation in it. Also, no night-time, visible signage to identify the hotel, which made it hard to locate.”

“The property was under maintenance and the rooms weren’t super clean and the a/c filters were dirty and it hardly blew”

“The room smelled really bad Breakfast was really bad Hard to sleep in the hard beds and bad pillows Elevator got stuck several times and my family inside of the elevator Will never stay again”

“When I arrived at the hotel the front desk lady was super nice and let me do the check in before the time. The room was clean and organized no problem at all. Around the hotel everything looked good. I will stay in this hotel again”

“While checking in they informed me that they didn't have the suite available that I booked. They tried 4 different rooms to put us in. 1st one a/c didn't work, 2nd one shower handle broke off can't shower. 3rd one had overwhelming smell of urine. 4th one we finally agreed to although it WASN'T a suite. It was a standard room. Took a shower and the vent looked like a devise was in the ceiling, very uncomfortable feeling. Pulled the blanket back and OMG! NO! Hair, lots of it. Pubes along...

“The stay wasn’t too bad. You get what you pay for. The staff were nice and helpful. The bed is awful though they definitely could upgrade those. It was so hard and kept sliding around.”
