  • Questa unità è di circa 1023 piedi quadrati, si trova al 3 ° piano sopra il parcheggio coperto per 2 auto ed è a pochi passi da numerosi ristoranti. C'è una vista parziale del lago Dillon dal ponte con grill a gas! La camera da letto principale ha una regina e due letti singoli con un bagno completo. 2a camera da letto ha 2 letti singoli, TV e bagno completo. Bagni rinnovati di recente! Il soggiorno ha un divano letto matrimoniale, camino con legna da ardere tagliata fornito novembre-marzo, televisione, DVD e stereo. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli utensili per mangiare e cucinare, tra cui microonde, macchina per il caffè, tostapane, fornello a grandezza naturale e frigorifero. Accesso a Internet cablato ad alta velocità GRATUITO. Circolo con vasca idromassaggio e sauna. Questa unità è stata rinnovata con cura! Lavanderia in loco. VALUTAZIONE: MID-A
    Il condominio si trova sulla linea di trasporto della Contea di Summit (The Summit Stage) per un accesso facile e gratuito a tutte le aree sciistiche e allo shopping. Le aree sciistiche di Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge e Vail sono facilmente raggiungibili in auto. Ci sono grandi opportunità in bicicletta per tutti i tipi di ciclisti in tutta la Contea di Summit.
    Siamo a breve distanza da un outlet, Target, un cinema, un grande negozio di alimentari (City Market) e molti ottimi ristoranti.
    Questo è un divieto di fumo (compreso il mazzo) e nessuna unità per animali domestici. Anche l'edificio è vietato fumare entro 15 piedi dall'edificio o dalle aree comuni! Mi dispiace niente ascensore

Lovely condo!! Our stay was everything we expected and then some. The rooms were clean, the living area was cozy, multiple thermostats if you wanna different temps per room, and they left us lots of complimentary snacks and useful items! The location is perfect. It's next to the lake, close to everything in Dillon, and it serves as a great hub to reach multiple mountains. The hot tub / pool area was wonderful and it includes a sauna you can turn on. Parking was easy, taking out trash is just in the garage down some stairs, and communication was good. Thank you for a great stay!

Stayed here as a gateway to local ski mountains, late season prices were good value. Cool indoor hot tub and dry sauna

Perfect for the money

The condo was clearly dated, but the pricing more than reflected that. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The community hot tub was awesome, as was the sauna. The stairs up to the third floor were tough after a day of skiing, but it’s good for you. Location for skiing was ideal and close to all amenities! Would definitely stay there again!

Great Place and Great Location

Great place with a good view and good location close to activities and the bike path and lake. Spacious property would recommend and stay again. Only 2 issues, one it was on the 3rd floor so it was a bit of a walk up and down stairs (but that is my issue more then the rentals) and 2 the shower wasn't draining well and I fixed that by removing the huge wad of hair from the drain. Something the cleaning crew wouldn't know to check, but something the owner might want to do check annually.

Dillion Visit

Great Location with easy access to Lake Dillion Marina, Amphitheater, and Bicycle Paths. The 20 mile bike ride around the lake is awesome. Several places to eat within walking distance.

The kitchen was also well-stocked with cooking utensils and very functional. The location was great in terms of being on Lake Dillon, granted with a side view of the lake, but very centrally located with respect to Keystone, as well as restaurants and shopping in Dillon and Silverthorne. The only downside is that the unit is on the 3rd floor, so if you're coming from sea level - it will take some time to get used to walking up the 3 flights of stairs - especially when carrying things. All-in-all, though, a very nice unit.

Parking is a bit of a pain though, only 2 spots available and there's no offsite available nearby. Also there was fire wood but no kindling, so be sure to bring some. Other than that the hot tub and pool facilities were great and check-in was easy. It's pricey for what you get, but so is everything in that area.

Great condo and location!

The condo is in a great location for walking to restaurants and the reservoir and has a nice set up for cooking, games, and relaxing on the patio. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Nice and Convenient

Great location, close to all things Dillon. This was a summer trip to the Dillon Amphitheater. We love Dillon in the summer! While the view isn't square to the lake, it is a bay view- it is nice and we love the private balcony. I would stay here again for sure!

Beds vs Space

The kitchen and living area are comfortable, but the thermostats were set at 50 degrees (we were there in March), so very chilly and only one of the three baseboard heaters worked in that area worked, so had to crank up that thermostat. Meanwhile, we had to set the thermostat for the foyer/coat hook area on the low side to avoid melting the shoes we had placed under the bench. Also, the place could use a good deep cleaning; lots of dust and crud accumulated in the corners of the main bedroom (didn’t use the other BR, so not sure what that one is like). Most of all, though, we would have been much more comfortable if there hadn’t been an extra twin bed in the main bedroom; we knew it was there, but the crowding it creates in that room was worse than anticipated and really annoying.

Great Condo

Had everything we needed for a long term rental. Fully stocked kitchen & lots of extra towels & linens. Coming from sea level, the 3 flights of stairs were a little tough the first few days, but we adjusted quickly to the altitude.
