Questo molto spazioso 2 camere da letto, 3 bagni è pieno di finestre dal pavimento al soffitto. 8 posti letto. Il complesso ascensore facilita il trasporto dei bagagli e dello shopping. Le travi a vista hanno una grande sensazione di montagna. Cucina in piastrelle di granito con un sacco di spazio per il bancone e tavolo da pranzo posti a sedere per 4. Sala da pranzo può ospitare 8. Goditi lo schermo piatto da 60 pollici nel soggiorno. Ulteriori posti a sedere per lettura o conversazione. Camino a gas offre un calore accogliente. Grande ponte con mobili da giardino che può ospitare 8. Lago e l'arredamento lodge. WiFi gratuito e via cavo. Tre bagni. Camera da letto principale ha re, futon matrimoniale, bagno privato con doppio lavandino, a schermo piatto e ventilatore a soffitto; seconda camera ha due regine, bagno privato con doppio lavandino, schermo piatto e ventilatore a soffitto. QSS nel soggiorno ha facile accesso alla sala da bagno completa. Clubhouse dispone di vasca idromassaggio, tavolo da biliardo, freccette, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Sul Lago di Dillon con accesso lago. It felt like home! All of our needs were met. We liked that the check in and check out were easy. It was great having linens and showering items supplied. We enjoyed the fireplace as well.

Great Location & Communication

Stayed over Spring Break and found it to be in a convenient location to multiple ski resorts, close to shopping/groceries. The unit was clean with ample kitchen equipment, dishes, cooking items, etc. Beautiful view of the lake. Overall, great stay!

Great site, but some items were missing

Fantastic view, good setting, great living room, super porch for sitting and eating. Only downsides were some bulbs that were out, no dishwasher soap, few blankets, and too much vehicle noise coming in on the north side where the bedroom windows are.

You could not have a more beautiful view than from the condo deck. My only suggestion would be to add a portable A/C unit as the condo was very hot even with the ceiling fans in the bedrooms ( none in the main living room) and the extra 2 fans. This condo was great. 2 Big bedrooms with connecting bathrooms (each with 2 sinks) and another half bath. The kitchen and large living area was great. The best tho, was the huge deck with incredible views of Lake Dillon. Can't beat that. I will absolutely ask for this condo in future visits.

The refrigerator (very noisy) and stacked ovens (one door does not close completely) need to be replaced. Otherwise, furnishings are fine. Rec room with hot tub and pool table are nice extras.

It was spacious, clean, and the view is stunning!! The hot tub was hot and clean. I can't wait to return to the exact same unit. I felt at home right away.

With a new dish washer and two new mattresses, it was in better shape than last year. After a heavy rain, the lights in one of the bathrooms wouldn't turn on, and the fan in the same bedroom took on a life of its own. Not major issues but something that should be addressed.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been coming to Dillon for Christmas for 27 years now. All but 2 things were great about this rental, the mattresses and the thermostat. You could really use an upgrade on all your mattresses, every morning it was back aches because of the mattresses. One of the beds was even missing a wheel on the frame and had to be propped up with books on site, just to be able to sleep on a flat surface and not a sloped bed. Also, It was so hot in the unit because you couldn't adjust any of the thermostats. We had them all in the off position and still had the doors wide open. Other than those factors it was an enjoyable stay. Please fix those problems and we will stay in your unit every year.
