Questo è un appartamento con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni che può ospitare 4 persone. Nella camera da letto principale c'è un letto matrimoniale. Nella seconda camera ci sono 2 letti singoli. Questa unità ha anche WiFi, nuovi mobili in pelle, una cucina completa, TV via cavo, videoregistratore, impianto stereo, un camino a legna, una terrazza meravigliosa con viste meravigliose. Questa unità è anche all'ultimo piano. Questo complesso ha un ascensore, ma alcune scale sono ancora necessarie per raggiungere l'unità.

Attività estive: il Lago Dillon Marina offre il noleggio giornaliero di barche a motore e vela e un ristorante sul lago con musica dal vivo nei fine settimana. Prendi un taxi acqueo attraverso il lago fino alla città di Frisco per fare shopping e pranzare sulla strada principale di Frisco. Il condominio dista solo 6 miglia da Keystone, 9 miglia da A-Basin, 12 miglia da Copper e 15 miglia da Breckenridge che offrono numerosi campi da golf, ciclismo in discesa, escursioni, gite in gondola per mangiare in cima alla montagna e festival di arte e musica. La pista ciclabile Lake Dillon passa proprio sotto il condominio e collega a 100 miglia di piste ciclabili e jogging che corrono verso Vail, Breckenridge, Copper e Keystone. Esplora i numerosi favolosi sentieri escursionistici della zona, tra cui Loveland Pass, Hoosier Pass, Colorado Trail e Swan Mountain. Goditi la pesca o il kayak sul lago Dillon e il fiume Snake, o passeggiate a cavallo presso le scuderie Keystone.

A soli 4 isolati a piedi dal condominio, troverete due parchi giochi all'aperto per bambini, campi da tennis pubblici e campi da baseball. Il venerdì e il sabato sera, fai un picnic, prendi le sedie da giardino e cammina per quattro isolati fino all'anfiteatro Dillon per la loro serie di concerti estivi. La serie include fuochi d'artificio il 4 luglio e il weekend del Labor Day. Partecipa a festival ed eventi locali come il Keystone Wine Festival o il Breckenridge Beer Festival a luglio.

Siamo situati a soli 70 miglia da Denver e minuti dalla I-70. Siamo spiacenti, non sono ammessi animali o fumare nel condominio. Venite a godervi tutto ciò che la Contea di Summit e il nostro condominio hanno da offrire! Speriamo davvero che diventi la tua casa lontano da casa!

Overall a great experience

We came to Ski the local mountains and the location is perfect for that. The place worked well for us, a little dated with the appliances but they all worked well. Only downside was the hot tubs were out of action while we were there. Communication with the management team was awesome throughout the experience.

Great Location

This place was roomy and had fantastic views of the sunset and sunrise over Lake Dillon. Easy access to nearby ski resorts via vehicle. Walking distance to several restaurants. We didn't check out the clubhouse but next time I definitely will. Would 100% stay here again!

Good Choice

Condo was amazing. Cleanliness and prep was excellent. Only complaint was we booked due to saunas being included in the club house and club house was closed indefinitely. No noticed given when we booked. That was a prime reason we chose this property.

Great manager, just OK property

Not happy with four stair flight no elevator access, lock box did not work, very dark unit both natural and artificial light is low, dated appliances, knives were dull, fireplace a pain to operate but great location, lovely views, great property management service. Just not thrilled with the actual rental space

Perfect home base

My husband and I had a lovely weekend at the condo. Was in close proximity to all of the things we wanted to do over our long summer weekend, including kayak rentals, a concert at Dillon amphitheater and the Friday farmers market. When we weren't out and about we were lounging on the porch taking in the views. Would stay again!

Comfortable with gorgeous view

The condo was super comfortable: beds, couch, dining area were all great for sleep and relaxing! The view from the patio was absolutely beautiful! We stayed in winter and the temperature was comfortable. Having two full bathrooms was great and the layout of the rooms lent itself to privacy. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The appliances were very old, but worked fine. Just be sure to turn off the coffee pot- it doesn’t turn off automatically like the ones I’m used to. The location was perfect- so close to the ski resorts we were visiting and less than 2 hours from the Denver airport. Two things we wish we had a heads up about (which may have been in the fine print that we didn’t read) were 1) The clubhouse in our building which had the two hot tubs was closed “until further notice”. The hot tubs had no water in them so I’m guessing they’ll be closed for a while. We called Skyrun and they responded quickly allowing us to use the hot tub and pool in the other building. 2) The carport parking space is extremely narrow with two large beams. We had a pickup truck rental, so parking was very challenging. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend provided you confirm availability of the hot tub/pool if that is important to you!

2023 Snowboarding Adventure

Snowboarded every day at Keystone mountain, except for one day we went backcountry with Kyle at Colorado Adventure Guides. Had a fire every night! It was great to have such a nice kitchen to cook in, we saved a ton of cash on eating out! The spa in the pictures is not operational, but just next door there is a much nicer rebuilt spa that we enjoyed several days. I thought it was going to be small but it was very spacious. Last year we stayed on resort in basically a hotel room, this was 1 million times better! The only thing to complain about is that the light switches in the master bath are a little wonky, you guys should replace those.

Weekend Ski Trip

Nice property. Lots of positives. Only negatives were it is on the top floor (lots of stairs) and the master bathroom light and fan did not work consistently. For the price, I would rent it again.

Properly provisioned property

The unit is properly equipped for a comfortable stay. There is enough pots & pans in good condition and more than enough plates, cups, glasses and silverware to meet demands of a large family. And the furniture is solid. By all means looks like the owners actually use it as vacation home. I have been using vacation rentals for about 12 years now and I am used to demolition quality furniture (off of garage sale), pans with peeling teflon and other horrors. So much so that I bring my own minimum set. This time I did not have to use that set :). This is a plus. Equipment (gas grill, dishwasher, stoveµwave, TV, WiFi) is in good condition and functions properly. The range/stove/microwave unit merits a special mention. This a vintage Kenmore appliance in immaculate condition and works very well. A centerpiece of the kitchen. PROS: good location (by the lake shore, nice view). Not far from Keystone (10 minutes) . Not far from Breckenridge (25 minutes). Shopping is close by. Clean. Properly provisioned property. CONS: - Parking garage is really tight. Each unit has parking for two cars, one behind another in a sort of a stall formed by concrete pillars supporting the building structure. The space is so tight you have to be very careful not to shear off your side mirrors. - This is a THIRD FLOOR unit. I come from lowlands and climbing up to the third floor, especially after a day of skiing makes me struggling for breath for a couple minutes once up there. - The exit from the driveway to La Bonte street is at the incline. And obviously you have to stop before pulling into the street. With a 2WD car it is rather difficult to move from a stop on the icy bump. I just end up sliding back trying to drive forward (winter tires notwithstanding). I reported this to SkyRun who manage the property, they reassured me that they contacted building manager to do something about it (like scrape ice or apply salt/sand). Nothing has been done. This was only one real annoyance when staying at this place. - PRICE. This has to do with general VRBO rental experience. When you lookup a property they quote the lowest price. The price you pay is usually higher (bait and switch). On top of nightly rate my bill contains 13% "MISC" fees plus 10% "Service Fees" and 8% tax. Almost 1/3 in fees&tax. I would like to know what is this "MISC" fees are for. And if this is like for hot-tub maintenance, then I want my money back as I do not use it anyway.

Great location

The place is good, the location is great. We stay at the Marina a lot and we learned to stay in the higher levels to reduce the noise. The place is comfortable and has everything you need. There are some things that should be taken care of like the clogged tub and the lights not working properly in the smaller bathroom. Nothing that would make bit want to come back, but could appreciate if it was fixed. Overall a great experience.

Excellent stay for family vacation

Beautiful views from a comfortably roomy deck. Conveniently located to Lake Dillon, the Marina, and shops—all within walking distance. Comfortable beds. Excellent quality pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes and glasses, and gas grill—especially for a rental. Responsive and helpful management.

The lack of elevator is a slight challenge at this altitude, but the view from the balcony is a huge payoff. There have been some tasteful updates to make this an extremely comfortable unit.

Good

Location was good. Hot water broke first day but they fixed it. Easy to chat via text with them. My only complaint is you can hear others above and below you which may wake you if you’re staying in the room with the twin beds. Overall it was good.

Very nice and great location

Stayed with my college age son for a ski getaway. Wanted a place central to several resorts that was nice and and gave us space and comfort. This place fits the bill. Would gladly stay here again. No issues. 100% positive experience.

Great stay for New Years and skiing

Our family stayed over New Years week for several days of skiing. Place was nice and clean and perfect for our family of four. Appreciated the two twin beds (many places only have queen beds which won't work for two teenagers!). Due to the pandemic, we stayed in and cooked dinner every night and played games and watched movies. Loved the Blu-Ray player! Also had great views of the mountains!
