  • Lake Dillon Condominiums 111 è un bellissimo condominio con 1 camera da letto e 2 bagni con ripiani in granito in lastre in cucina e bagni, pavimenti in legno, schermi piatti in tutto e un meraviglioso patio coperto. 6 posti letto. Cammina verso il prato per giocare o divertirti sulla neve o saltare sul sentiero ricreativo della Contea di Summit e passeggiare sulla riva del lago Dillon. Splendida vista sul lago e sulle montagne. Comodo soggiorno con schermo piatto e camino a gas. Posti a sedere per bar in granito 4. WiFi e cavo gratuiti. Master camera da letto con 2 letti matrimoniali, scrivania e schermo piatto. Il QSS situato nel soggiorno utilizza il bagno completo della sala. I mobili da giardino possono ospitare 6 persone con una griglia a gas in comune. Il complesso dispone di vasca idromassaggio comunitaria, ascensore, tavolo da biliardo, freccette e lavatrice / asciugatrice. Meno di 5 minuti a tutti i servizi come supermercato, REI, Starbucks, noleggio sci / tavola, articoli sportivi, ristoranti, birrerie, locali notturni, parchi, i negozi Silverthorne e altro ancora. It was a great location, we did not feel comfortable using hot tub and did our laundry at local laundry mat as people would do their laundry early in the days and leave it in the wash machine all night but laundry mat is close by.

Condo was nicely stocked with kitchen and other supplies needed, even some old movies to watch. Decor is somewhat dated, but fine. Bathrooms are clean and fine, but showing signs of wear and tear. At night living areas seemed a bit dark, even with the lights on.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean, and had everything we needed . The views are spectacular . It was very spacious and we did use the gas fireplace occasionally. The location couldn’t be better . As for improvement the furniture could be more comfortable for lounging and the mattresses need to be upgraded. That said, we loved Dillon and condo 111. And Liz at the management company was extremely helpful. Thanks to you all And God Bless

Condo 111 had a well equipped kitchen and we used the gas grill for dinners. The beds although not horrible could use an upgrade.

The only complaints are the coffee pot needs, some of the pillows & hide a bed mattress needs to be replaced and screen door falls off the track easily. You can’t beat the view of gorgeous lake Dillon!

The beds are so comfy. The kitchen is so well equipped. The patio and it’s table and grill were so welcome after a day out hiking or bicycling. We stayed here two years ago and will be BAVK!!!

Stunning view!

We stayed in this beautiful condo with it’s gorgeous view of Dillon Resevoir a few weeks ago! It was absolutely perfect in every way! The condo had everything we could have possibly wanted. The kitchen was updated. The beds were so comfortable! The patio table overlooking the lake was perfect for our morning coffee and evening meals! The bike/walking path is right out front. We took advantage of it and rode rented bikes all the way to Frisco and back! We WILL definitely return to this little piece of paradise!!!
