  • Summit Ski Chalet è una grande casa privata. Splendide viste sulle montagne da ampie finestre. È centrale per tutto. Vasca idromassaggio privata e ampio parcheggio. Un ottimo posto per intrattenere un gruppo divertente. Questo 5 camere da letto, 5 bagni dorme 15. Una bella cucina in granito lastra con elettrodomestici inox. Il livello principale sala da pranzo posti 6. A schermo piatto, divani in pelle, QSS e caminetti a gas in entrambi i salotti. Grande avvolgere intorno al mazzo. Patio con grande vasca idromassaggio privata. WiFi gratuito e via cavo. La camera da letto principale del piano ha il re. Due bagni completi al piano principale, uno con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Al piano superiore camera degli ospiti ha il re e terrazza privata. La seconda camera degli ospiti al piano di sopra ha la regina. Bagno al piano di sopra. La camera degli ospiti al livello del giardino ha un letto a castello / doppia, schermo piatto, lavatrice e asciugatrice e doccia e servizi igienici privati. Quarta camera per gli ospiti ha una doppia cuccetta con doppio rotelle e schermo piatto. Sala da bagno completa a livello del giardino. Le viste sulla montagna e sulla valle sono incredibili. In una strada tranquilla nella suddivisione Piney Acres a Dillon. Meno di 5 minuti al supermercato, REI, articoli sportivi, noleggio sci e snowboard, parchi, ristoranti e due brewpub. In estate è a meno di 5 minuti dal nuovo Dillon Amphitheatre da 8 milioni di dollari con spettacoli da giugno a settembre o Dillon Marina con motoscafo, barca a vela, kayak, noleggi di SUP e il Tiki Bar sul lago. Ogni venerdì d'estate lungo il lago passeggia sul mercato contadino. Goditi i parchi, i parchi giochi e il percorso ricreativo sul lago di Dillon. In inverno è a soli 10 minuti da Keystone, 20 minuti da Arapahoe Basin, 25 minuti da Copper Mountain o Breckenridge e 35 minuti da Vail. Un ottimo posto per una riunione di famiglia o amici.

Great cabin in Dillon!

Very comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood perfect for a weekend ski trip with some friends. A short drive to multiple resorts. The wrap around deck has amazing views of the mountains. Would stay again!

Excellent Stay for Labor Day!

Our weekend at this lovely property was great. The listing is spot on with the description and everything was very neat and clean. We were very impressed with the hot tub and the quiet community. Easy walk to Lake Dillon and the amphitheater. Everything was perfect!

The condo was great, lots of room, very nice, I think the carpet upstairs was very, very new. Just a really good property, just be prepared to climb some stairs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice stay! There were lots of towels, dish soap, and garbage bags. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The location is great....easy access to everything. My only complaint is we don't remember seeing in the description that this house is on a well. We only got that notification a few days before our stay. Every shower, dishwashing, and laundry felt like it needed to be planned and the fear of running out of water with 6 people was ever present. We didn't ever run out, but it was an annoying concern on vacation. Overall, great stay! Good communication with rental agency.

Nice place for a summer mt biking get-away

This property had everything we needed—and the hot tub was definitely a bonus. Just a heads-up, if you bring a dog you will have to go up or down a flight of stairs to take it out. It’s also a big flight of stairs from the parking spot to the main entrance when unloading and loading your car.

we had no hot water the first day and night which was unpleasant. The house is outdated, needs some TLC, floor boards in the stairs leading to the entrance are loose, don't walk barefoot on the deck. The downstairs King bed is hard as a rock to sleep on, about the only good things about this place, it had a great hot tub and the location was ideal, I would not stay here again.

Family Get Away

The house was clean and close to what we needed. I would agree with prior review, the deck sways a lot and could use some tic. Disappointed that the jacuzzi water was green and was not useable. If you offer that then it should be taken care off and cleaned regularly. Other than that it fit our needs.

One quick note- lots of stairs to navigate, which was tough for my older pup who was dealing with a bad shoulder. I had to carry her up and down the stairs to get to the yard and to the car. But once Summit Resort Group learned of her illness/injury - they went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and supported.

The bedrooms were comfortable, the living room and fireplace were cozy, and we enjoyed being together in the open kitchen -dining room. The hot tub was terrific!!!There were a few issues with the dishwasher and coffee pot. Both need to be replaced or repaired. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary cooking equipment. We would definitely rent again!

The wraparound porch and downstairs porch had plenty of seating and the view was amazing. The location was great for concerts or farmer's mkt and good fo getting out to Breckenridge or silverthorne. Nice grocery store about 1/4 mile away. The only negative was no screens on windows. With no AC, opening windows is a must and in the evening we did have flying bugs come in.

Board games for evenings. Really enjoyed the hot tub outside in the snow. Our family dog had plenty of space to run in the backyard (fyi not fenced). Be very careful on the winter roads by the house- definitely drive the longer way that the leasing office tells you to. 15 minute drive to Copper Mtn and less than 5 mins to grocery, bakery, liquor stores, bowling etc... it was great! Will definitely stay again!!

A bit Cluttered?? Sofa bed uncomfortable and old?? With attitude a girl stopped me from going in to take a nap (I just flew in from the Philippines). They said they would call when it was ready so I slept in the car. No one came into the house to work on it and they didn't call at 4:00. We had a great time - the little disappointments were that "Little disappointments."

Beautiful area but not for seniors with handicapped issues

I was told that the property was on levels. I was not told . that in order to access the property I would have to climb down 17 wooden stairs. The stairs had a hand rail on both sides of the stairs. but the stairs were very steep. The property did not show any indication that it was not handicapped accessible. The property was not cleaned properly. The hot tub did not work. This property was advertised as nonsmoking, we found cigarette stubs around the house. The property advertised dog friendly ,but we had a hard time finding safe places to walk our dogs.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great. No screens on windows so bugs would come in. A few hiccups with not having enough water and offered to relocate us in middle of our vacation. Fire pit wasn't working even when they got confused and said it was. Huge disappointment! Grills were unusable from filth. Dishes were put away dirty and found detergent pod undissolved. Alarm went off from hardened grease in dirty oven. Master bed was like sleeping with the Flintstones..rock hard! Nails were sticking out on outside boards which ripped one pair of shoes. Otherwise, it was fine.

The space provided & amenities included with our VRBO booking were excellent for a family ski trip! We utilized the hot tub more than once, and were so happy to be able to bring our dog with us on this trip!

Disappointing stay

This was a very disappointing experience. We were in Summit County for a family wedding. The rental property was not available for check-in at 4:00 as promised and we were not able to access the home until after 5:00. As a result, we were late for the rehearsal dinner. Summit Resort Group was difficult to work with and lied to our faces multiple times. Although they told us the housekeeping staff was cleaning at 2:30, they did not actually arrive to the property until after 3:30 (resulting in the late check in and missed wedding event). The house was much smaller than expected and felt cramped. The views were nice but you can find great views anywhere else in Summit County - and I would suggest you do so. This rental property is not worth the price and the property manager was difficult to work with. We will not stay here again.
