The Space:

Stay in the heart of Dillon at this perfectly located 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo just steps from Dillon Reservoir, Marina Park Pavilion, and the Dillon Amphitheater. With walkable access to concerts, lake activities, and year-round events, this inviting mountain condo offers an unbeatable location for both relaxation and adventure.



Inside, the cozy living area features a fireplace and comfortable seating, creating a welcoming space to unwind after a day outdoors. The condo sleeps up to six guests, with a king bedroom and a second bedroom featuring two twin-over-twin bunk beds—ideal for families or groups. Two full bathrooms provide added comfort and convenience during your stay.



Whether you’re paddleboarding on the reservoir, catching live music across the street, or exploring nearby ski resorts, this Dillon condo places you at the center of Summit County’s best attractions.

Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are required from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole condo, 2 parking spaces, and laundry facilities. (Currently, the pool, hot tub, gym, fire pit, and grill areas are under construction and are not available at this time.)



Other Things to Note:

• You must display parking passes in your vehicles at all times. We are not responsible for parking violations.

• Please note that the laundry facilities are located in the basements of buildings A and C.

• Guests must be comfortable with stairs. This property is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

• $100 for lost or damaged parking pass.

• Currently, the pool, hot tub, gym, fire pit, and grill areas are under construction and are not available at this time.

• *NO A/C - There is no air conditioning as the summer in the mountains is very temperate.*

• Please read ALL House Rules thoroughly: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 7 PM - 7 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy.

•There is not guest access to the mailbox at this unit. Please do not have packages or deliveries made if you will not be present to receive them. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or missing mail/packages.

•Please note we are not liable for left items. Returns incur a $50 fee plus shipping costs. Any items not claimed within 24 hours of checkout are donated or discarded.

• There is a $30 fee for early check-in. Availability of early check-in cannot be confirmed until after 10am on your arrival day.
