“"Newly renovated"? Definitely. Clean? Spotless. Appliances appeared brand new as well. Temperature control was great as well. We didn't have to adjust for changes in temperature outside. My wife said that the bed in the bedroom that we used was the most comfortable bed she's ever slept on. (This was the bedroom that had its own bathroom.) The kitchen has plenty of counter space (and room as well), the dining area is roomy enough, the living space is slightly smaller. But there wasn't any feeling...

“We enjoyed the convenience of the location. Ample parking for two cars. I would not recommend this location for anyone with mobility issues. As it is on an incline. The home was clean and supplied with everything one may need to cook a meal. Chloe was quick to respond. She truly wants her guests to enjoy their stay and come back again. ”
