“Charming house, very clean and well equipped. The small pool is perfect for toddlers that don’t know/are learning how to swim! Our daughter loved it! Wonderful setting in great location! Jane is the best! She is the sweetest and most helpful host! I totally recommend staying in casa de Alagoa! We had such relaxing days, I will definitely would like to come back with my family and/or friends :)”

“Stunning property with a view that will take your breath away. We were two families of 4 and the adults took one room each and the 4 kids slept in the large third room. Close to all the wonderful river beaches. Stayed 8 days. Manuela a great host. Pool is fantastic and there is a separate BBQ poolside if that is your thing. The road is quite rough getting there so if you hire a car then err on the SUV side and give it a clean before you return it! Don’t trust the Google map directions near...

"It’s not a 4 stars hotel. Good enough for its location, about 10 mins from downtown. The room was noisy because of the street, air conditioning and fridge were not working properly and the bathroom was in urgent need of maintenance. Breakfast was very basic and breakfast area far from clean. "

"L hotel è molto elegante, si trova in una zona molto bella di coimbra . La colazione , molto curata, è servita all ultimo piano dell edificio, dal quale si gode di un'ottima vista della città. Ma la cosa più importante è che lo staff non solo è molto professionale, ma anche gentile e disponibile. In una situazione molto complessa, causata dal mal tempo che ha colpito la città e tutto il Portogallo, ha saputo gestire al meglio la sicurezza degli ospiti."
