“Overall impressive property! Plenty of parking spaces with access to doorway that is closest to the elevators. Lobby area was very clean and welcoming upon check-in. The halls, elevator, and room was immaculate and fully stocked. Enjoyed our stay so much that we are planning and looking forward to another stay in the near future. Conveniently on the frontage of 1604 with easy access to UTSA campus and plenty of eateries.”

“This was our first stay since the Hilton transition, and the collapse in quality is staggering.The resort has devolved from an upscale sanctuary into an under maintained, commercialized venue that prioritizes a "trashy carnival money grab" over paying overnight guests. We paid a premium luxury rate to enjoy resort amenities we could not even access or use. The failures during our stay included:

“I recently stayed at this hotel and found the property itself to be well maintained and in very good condition. The rooms and common areas were clean, and overall the hotel has a lot of potential.
However, the service experience was disappointing. The staff did not seem happy to assist guests, and their attitude made interactions feel unwelcoming.
