“ホテル内はロビー、お部屋共に清潔で気持ちよく過ごすことができました。ロビー内のスタッフも清掃のスタッフも依頼したことは、とても丁寧に対応してくれました。ただ、朝食時のレストランスタッフに飲み物をお願いしたところ、忘れてしまったのか2度もお願いしたが持ってきてもらえず退席しました。その対応だけが残念でしたが、他はとても満足しました。”
