“Ottima struttura con ampie camera e bagno. Problemi con le prese a muro risolte il giorno seguente in modo rapido. Purtroppo problemi di riscaldamento che non sono riusciti a risolvere,la stanza era caldissima e quando ho acceso il condizionatore dopo un po' di tempo ha cominciato ad avere perdite per cui ho dovuto spegnerlo Sarebbe stato meglio non rendere disponibile la camera fino alla necessaria manutenzione.”

“The Westgate was easy to find and there was parking around the back of the pub as the town seems to have limited parking. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. The location is a 5 minute walk to the shops .”

“What a fantastic find this place was! We had such a lovely stay and the breakfast was just perfection (compliments to the chef 💗). The only tiny thing we could find, at a real push, to improve on was just that the toilet in our room was a little wobbly. I would highly recommend this gem to anyone”

“Nel complesso tutto bene. Locanda tipica con stanze.pulizia accettabile ma doccia non del tutto in ottime condizioni. Comunque consiglio a chi deve prendere un volo a Stansted. 10 minuti di distanza”

“Albergo dalla conformazione un po' strana, con stanze disposte a mò di bungalow sul parcheggio esterno. Comodo set caffè o te in stanza, bagno pulito e abbastanza ampio. Staff estremamente cortese e competente. Il Borgo è carino, ma pare non foriero di particolari attrazioni. L'albergo è a una decina di km da Stansted ma servito dai mezzi pubblici solo fino ad una certa ora (bus 133) è con non grande frequenza. Il viaggio in taxi può essere molto costoso (attorno alle 22 sterline....

“I stayed at the Woolpack for a long weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better or ore friendly place to stay! The rooms was immaculate and had everything you could want or need, the breakfast hamper is such a nice touch and already included in the price. The staff all made me feel so welcome, a good funny bunch that went above and beyond. The atmosphere was even better with the live band in the bar Saturday night, having a good dance to some real music. Would 100% stay again! ”

“Dovevamo arrivare alle 23 per cui abbiamo scelto di dormire vicino all’aereoporto per arrivare a Londra in mattinata riposati. Siamo arrivati alle 4 di mattina per mega ritardo del volo… scambiando messaggi con l’albergo abbiamo avuto istruzioni precise per accedere comunque alla nostra camera… abbiamo trovato il divano letto da aprire e rifare, e alle 4 di mattina è stato spiacevole! Per il resto niente male. Buona location. All’aereoporto di Stansted per avere un taxi c’era da aspettare 2 ore...

“Arrivati tardissimi causa ritardo volo anche se il personale ormai non c'era più abbiamo trovato le chiavi con tutte le istruzioni per accedere alla struttura quindi soddisfatti.”

"La camera aveva tutto il necessario ed era pulita. La colazione era completa, a frutta (insalata di mirtilli, fragole, ecc.) , un po' eccessivamente aspra. Il parcheggio era comodo e vicino, al giusto prezzo. "

"Great hotel close to Stansted Airport. On the day of my check-out, I needed to work from there with my laptop, and they kindly allowed me to stay in the bar area for the entire afternoon. I especially appreciated the kindness of the entire staff."

"Mancava l'acqua calda; abbiamo chiesto alla reception e ci hanno detto che il guasto sarebbe stato risolto in 10-15 minuti. Purtroppo non è stato risolto. Il termosifone della camera da letto non era funzionante. Abbiamo chiesto il prezzo del taxi per l'aeroporto e ci hanno dato un'informazione sbagliata. Fortunatamente abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte"

"Hotel perfetto: in un minuto sei in stazione, con 3-4 bus diversi (che partono da davanti l’hotel) in neanche 10 minuti sei in centro a Cambridge. Sono arrivato alle 9 di mattina, facendomi registrare al loro portale, mi hanno concesso il check in anticipato gratuito. Camera che affacciava sulla stazione ma non si sentiva una mosca. Pulita, spaziosa e letto ultra comodo. Personale sempre pronto. La migliore esperienza avuta con Ibis "

"Struttura eccezionale. Camere molto belle ben dotate e pulite. Colazione molto fornita. Unico punto negativo è la mancanza di un parcheggio della struttura o convenzionato con essa. Si può parcheggiare nel parcheggio della stazione ferroviaria ma il costo è assolutamente sproporzionato. "
