Our room was of a decent size for a short stay and very clean, plus the hotel offers a range of useful amenities and services. “The hotel is lovely, clean, great service, and has dining on site. The location is very convenient as the light rail and Pier 2 are right outside the hotel. My only complaint is the modern design bathroom. I am giving it 4 stars because there’s no door to the bathroom. Although the shower and toilet are separated by a stall, there is no privacy and the noise from the bathroom can wake up other people in the room. Making it very awkward if you’re sharing the room with other people. ”

“I booked the family room type, so the size of the room was nice and clean. The bathroom was great with two side sink. It was convenient to be able to do uber eats. The location is close to the airport. But it’s not really walkable with luggage. Also, when you are traveling with older parents and little kids. It might takes about 15-20mins walk with hot weather, but my recommendation is taxi. Thanks. ”

Clean and spacious, the best part of the hotel is actually the reception and the restaurant but they both get very crowded at breakfast and check out times. We included dinner and it was great value for price. The problem is that it’s a very big hotel and the common spaces such as the swimming pool are too little!! Other disappointment: the rooftop is accessible only to the business executive customers, super weird to me!”
