“Best note for the location: perfect. The girl at the reception at the check-in day very useful in a busy time: the labur day weekend. The woman at the breakfast doing her best, as the housekeeping stuff too i guess. 2 big bed: the room and the building themselves, well, i didn't except for the best for a reasonable price. Very interesting the "concierge" service: never seen a concierge like that one.. ghost would be more interactive..”

“This hotel is situated in a great part of the city. It is beside a parking deck (We parked here since the hotel parking, valet only, was so expensive) and the deck is beside The Pink House. Walking a very short distance in the other direction takes you to the River Walk.
The included breakfast is one of the best we've had. There was a great variety every morning. Top notch!
The only thing we didn't like was arriving for our 4:00 check-in time, but waiting until 4:45 to be able to actually get...

“L’hotel si trovano in una zona centrale e non è nuovissimo, anche se le condizioni non sono così male. Nella camera c’era odore di naftalina. La cosa che ho apprezzato di meno era il fatto che la camera non veniva pulita giornalmente, ma bisognava richiedere che il personale venisse a sistemarla. Inoltre la colazione non era un granché: poca scelta sia di cose calde che di cose fredde.”

“The hotel is right on the river front which was nice as there were plenty of good restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was clean and well appointed and the pillows weren't flat! Another plus, free Klondike bars in the kitchens freezer. Nice touch.”

“The location of hotel is excellent but would not stay again. The lobby was nice although both mornings the coffee was gone. The 2 free drinks a night was nice and bar tender was friendly.
The room was disappointing. It smelled musty, we were unable to adjust air. The pullout had no sheets and mattress was stained. The sheets were stiff. The living space was dark. Two lamps did not work.”
