“The physical exterior was bland and the interior room had received some updating. It was nice to have numerous usb ports. I was informed the room was a supreme king. The room was small and with one chair. I later learned that all rooms had one chair. The other guests had poor manners a were loudly running their car with reving the engine. “1st rm turned hadn’t been cleaned. Food on desk and in refrigerator. We were given another rm. the 2nd and 3rd days of our stay the rm key didn’t work and had to be re- engaged at the service desk. Neither the hot tub nor the pool were operational but we were told that info was on the website. Somehow I had missed that. The staff seem to be friendly and mean well but don’t have a property that is invested in quality. ”
