“Room is clean, breakfast was good”

“Staff was only positive. No value for the cost. No pluses. TV and internet (only included items) did not work properly in our room. Notified front desk, a very nice gentleman rebooted the TV but still had continued buffering while attempting to watch a movie. We could have stayed at the Hampton Inn for less and gotten breakfast.”

“I liked the customer service I received upon check-in and the room was clean and comfortable. I did not like the bed linens, made me itchy, and the noise coming from the second floor. I checked out early as a result of this. I checked out at midnight.”

The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a quick overnight stay. The hotel was clean, quiet, and a great value for the price. “The hotel was clean and very nice. Our meal and servers were great. Wait times were however a bit long. On Friday, we went down for breakfast and waited near the hostess stand for about ten minutes. Nobody ever came out so we left. Our son is starting college in the fall very close to the hotel.”

“Staff is super accommodating. I booked through a third party that said there was a pool on site. According to the lady who checked me in, they no longer have said pool. The beds could benefit from an upgrade, are firm, and springy. Breakfast had warm food options and there was a variety of selections.”
