“Overall, our family of 5 really enjoyed our family vacation and stay here! I’m only mentioning experiences we had during our stay to make others aware. We were disappointed at first to hear the pool was closed for repairs during checking in to the hotel, but the weather during that week turned out to be chilly anyways so it all worked out. Parking for the hotel was pretty expensive in my opinion, but it seemed to be on par with other hotels downtown. Breakfast was good, but we learned...

“This hotel was immaculate and I will be staying again. The decor was great. The bed was heaven. The ONLY issue is the valet is $55 with an additional $49 destination fee, which they failed to mention in any capacity until after I was charged. So I basically spent $115 after taxes to park less than 24 hours. ”

“Front desk staff was courteous. Room was clean. For some reason I am always given a room next to the pool. I didn’t think to ask the staff why that might be the case. I missed out on having a sunlit room because I would not have any privacy and it would leave myself and the pool guests staring at each other… pretty awkward… otherwise it was a nice stay.”

Faccio presente al manager che non fa alcun gesto… anzi… da la colpa a noi che avremmo dovuto accertarci se la camera fosse pronta. Niente scuse, niente risarcimento. Nulla di nulla. In camera lavandino non scarica e abat-jour non funziona ”
