“Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa, moderna e pulita. Buona la colazione e personale disponibile. Unica nota: viene effettuata una preautorizzazione di 250 dollari come cauzione, la nostra carta in quel momento non funzionava e abbiamo dovuto pagarla in contanti raddoppiando la cifra (500 dollari cash).”

“We checked in and there was clothes from the previous person or persons left behind the fridge in the room. We could not check into the room as the front desk person made a mistake and blames it on Expedia. The manger had to correct the mistake. There was other people staying in rooms next to us and they were smoking right outside their door and it was coming into our room through the window. We had mentioned this to the manager in training. All she did was laugh about it. Parts of the breakfast...

“This is a newer property conveniently located just off of Highway 3. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and clean. Our room was facing away from the highway so we didn't experience any road noise. The bathroom products were a better quality than the other BW Plus hotels we stayed at on our 3 week road trip and the breakfast options were superior (individually wrapped breakfast wraps, pears with the fresh fruit!)”

“Lovely place to stay in Lethbridge, price was right, room is spacious and clean, pool and breakfast was amazing. everything was amazing and would 100% recommend but only negative is we were placed in a room that the window was looking directly into the concrete structure that is the roof of the main entrance and that wasn't pleasing but otherwise amazing.”
