“After some stress about our reservation being incorrect, we approached staff members Emily and Max in the morning with our issue. They acted promptly and professionally to correct the booking problem for our stay on the second night, going so far as to upgrade our room and allow us early access. We've rarely encountered this kind of instant resolution to a room problem, and both Linda and I are truly appreciative.”
