I also had two rooms booked under my name and that seemed to be an issue - at first they would only let me check in for the first room not both. I’ve never had trouble checking in at other canaltas or hotels. This canalta was a huge let down and I’ll be trying a different hotel in provost or simply staying in another town close by - these rooms plus the hassle with staff wasn’t...

“The air conditioning in the room didn’t work well. Not ideal with 3 kids on a hot day… The property smelled off too.. would look into other hotels if given another opportunity”

“The room was clean and comfortable. The motel property well maintained with multiple bbqs for guest use. Would stay again when in Killam. The staff that checked us in was super friendly and accommodating.”
