Excelente hotel, sales a la calle y llegas caminando a Coco Bongo, Señor Frogs y demás restaurantes en 2 minutos. Para ir a Bubba Gump, playa delfines o mercado de la 28 tomas el R2 frente al hotel. La vista desde la habitación ufffffffff

We stayed at this property for one week at the end of October 2026 during the low season. This property was under construction in the front and the back, so there was a lot of noise during the day, on top of the music played at the main pool. We were welcomed very nicely as Expedia guests and given an upgrade to an oceanview room (conveniently not overlooking the driveway construction). The restaurant situation was confusing because you some were closed (due to the season) and one was members only. We ate only at the Pina Colada (tasty) for lunch and the buffet for dinner (decent options), and one lunch at sushi (it wasn't great). The main bar gets super crowded at night because it's the only one open. Even though we were told it was low season, the property felt very busy and crowded. The roof was lovely with a balcony and view. The gym was great, but it was difficult to get to it. The resort app was terrible and rarely worked. Internet was spotty, and it made streaming difficult. The swim-up jacuzzi bar was neat, as was the swim-up pool bar. We found the staff to be very nice. We did have issues with getting the minibar refilled daily, especially with what we liked to drink (water, diet coke, beer). I don't know why this was a daily issue. Also, no conditioner in the shower. Overall, great for families, great for the beach, good for food and drink, okay experience. We are glad we went but probably won't return.
