“There was excessive noise coming from the floor above, and although I reported the issue and received an acknowledgment, no action was taken. After three sleepless nights, I'm just relieved to finally be home.”

“The water pressure in the shower is too low. The shower curtain is too short that the water gets to the floor when showering.”

“The room was clean but the toilet seat was loose and moves around when you sit on it. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet and restful. The breakfast needs improvement. The egss and coffee were bland. Overall the stay was pretty good. This is the 2nd time i stayed here.”
