One member of our party works in pest control and confirmed the issue immediately. I reported this to the front desk and requested someone come inspect the room, but staff refused. “Zero kitchen supplies, no house keeping, service fee for fresh linens, no shampoo/conditioner/moisturizer, had to take out my own trash, door didn't lock, downstairs guest knocked on my door complaining about noise....it was 6pm. Need I say more?”
