“Very clean hotel. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was good.”

“Really enjoyed the breakfast. Changing the hot food choices more often would be nice. Exercise room was nice. Larger than usual.”

“The room needs the bathroom door knob fixed. My mom was stuck in the bathroom in the middle of the night. The tv remote needed new batteries We needed an extra comforter for my daughter and never received one as well as extra sheets for the crib.”

“Charming log-cabin feel of the hotel, easy to find location near the Eastport Marina. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Has a neat indoor-outdoor pool with a pass thru wall between them, sadly the hot tub was not working. Only negative was my room was near the end of the hall and I heard a door banging every 20 minutes, but overall I really liked this hotel.”

“Over all the place was clean and the room was nice. Main complaint is the rooms are paper thin. You can hear every conversation that is happening on that floor.”

“Not impressive. Loud, long-term guests late into the night - sketchy, hanging out in one room with the door open. Poor housekeeping- old towel hanging within the shower curtain, built up dirt in the corner of the room. ”

“I had a very concerning experience during my recent stay. Upon opening the sofa bed in our room, I discovered bedbugs. After checking further, a chair in the room was heavily infested. One member of our party works in pest control and confirmed the issue immediately. I reported this to the front desk and requested someone come inspect the room, but staff refused. Due to the conditions, we did not stay in the room and were moved to another hotel. At that time, I was clearly told that I would...

“I liked the easy access to room and parking lot. I didn’t like feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. I didn’t sleep well due to the domestic situation outside my door on balcony. The room was clean but could use some cleaning and updating.”
