“Das Zimmer war klein unter dem Dach, aber alles sehr sauber. In der letzten Nacht war es recht warm die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht und die Fenster konnte man nur bedingt öffnen das Restaurant und die Küche und das Frühstück war absolut sensationell.”

“Hotel vicino Gatwick, ok per una sola notte di passaggio ma per di più non è possibile. Il ristorante dell'albergo è temporaneamente chiuso, abbiamo dovuto ordinare da asporto per mangiare qualcosa, non c'erano neanche delle bottigliette d'acqua. All'arrivo richiesto deposito cauzionale di 50£ di cui non ero a conoscenza. Stanza familiare ampia ma troppo insalubre, muffa sulle pareti e umidità elevata. Ok parcheggio gratuito in loco e vicinanza alla fermata di un autobus. ”

“Per una notte di passaggio va benissimo Tutto sommato la camera era pulita, ma il bagno lasciava a desiderare "molto" Il frigo NON lo aprite nemmeno potreste rimanere scioccati La cosa positiva e che si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dall'aereoporto di Gatwick quindi pur di dormire fuori va bene se ci si adatta ovviamente ”

“Arrived at a pitch black compound with no lighting, had to rely on my phone's flashlight. My son FELL DOWN in the darkness. Called the service number for help and was basically told 'other guests managed, so you should too'. Not only is this unsafe, it's unacceptable customer service. Very disappointed and would not recommend.”

“Although the check out time was 12 and we put "Do not disturb"sign on the door, cleaners started cleaning our room while we went for a walk and removed our bag from the room. My husband was going to eat breakfast in the room after the walk but he was shocked as his bag was missing although he put the room service order through night before. There is no communication between the desk & cleaners and cleaners ignore the Do not disturb sign. ”

“Room clean. Green fire light in room which was on all night, very bright when trying to sleep. Location nice and parking secure”

“I was upgraded to a larger room on the ground floor which was lovely and the chap on reception was extremely helpful The only shame was no kitchen at the moment but there is a Sainsbury at the garage right opposite so easy to get some food and he supplied cutlery for me A lovely place to stay while travelling”

“I think the property could be managed better. There was no fridge in the room which was very inconvenient - I wanted to keep my drinks cold but couldn't. The bathroom amenities were very basic and no bath salts, soap by the bath area for example. The room balcony should be cleaned daily- it is full of pigeon poop. Otherwise, the property itself is lovely and historic, there's alot of potential to make this hotel a 5 star place, but you need a good management to be able to do this. The restaurant...

“Collegamenti non buoni con l'aeroporto: le fermate autobus sono a non meno di 10 minuti di camminata. Uber chiede 21 sterline per 8 minuti di corsa. Scomodo. Dopo le 23 i cancelli vengono chiusi e gli ospiti non sono forniti di codice di apertura! Se siete senza batteroa del telefono siete fritti in zona periferica, senza gente in giro. Molto fastidioso!”
