“I have only wonderful things to say about my stay. The room was large and very clean. The hallways were clean and quiet. Lots of parking. The staff was kind and helpful. The amenities are so impressive for the value. I only paid $110 for a night. That came with complimentary drinks in the bar! And free breakfast! Wow. And the breakfast was great. Also the bed was so comfortable, unlike most hotels. I will be back!”

We had adjoining rooms and the door split when we tried to open it sending the contents of the inside of the door all over the floor (we were traveling with 2 one year olds and a newborn). The rooms were not very clean. The beds were comfy though. If it was just a quick stay over night to lay your head down for a few hours, it is worth the price…..if not I would pass.”

“We had a handicapped accessable room and the shower did not work properly. The hand held spray did not work. I told the front desk and they had a repairman come and fix it the next day. It then worked but it leaked horribly. The staff was good to get someone to look at it but the repairman did a less than good job.”

“Appreciated staying in a facility that was up to date and modern. Only complaint we have is that the elevator took way too long to close the doors, even when the button was pushed to close the doors (it did not respond).”

Entrando si viene subito trascinati in un'atmosfera magica perché le varie stanze sono rimaste arredate come un tempo: camini, grandi mobili in legno, palchetti originali e tanti piccoli oggetti curiosi (sarebbe lungo descriverli, vi consiglio una visita sul sito ufficiale della Vrooman Mansion). “My Room was absolutely disgusting there was hair in the tub, floors were filthy boogers on the wall, no soap to wash your hands they never came in to clean the room while we were there never took the trash out or even give us another trash bag the whole building is run down, not really ideal for a handicap person said they offered breakfast never saw that either”

“Check in was easy, room was clean, bed was firm and I loved that. Would stay again should I pass through the area again. ”

“Parking lot is in need of refurbishment. The complementary water bottle in my room was opened and partially empty, the small bottle of lotion was empty, the back of the toilet had hair on it, the sink drained slowly and built up when running/brushing teeth. The bed was comfortable, however. The pool was out of service and we were not advised prior to check in. The staff was friendly.”
