“Great hotel”

“Property was very clean. Staff friendly and knowledgeable Didn’t have time to experience the amenities. ”

“Night/early morning staff could be a little kinder”

“King suite - accessible room. Had a Murphy bed that was a queen size and not a normal king bed as stated and reserved. Room layout was really good and roomy with a nice mini-bar area. Bathroom has some maintenance issues. Shower had some mold on the caulking by the base. Walls had holes in it from trying to hang hand rail by toilet and the toilet is not an ADA high toilet. It was so low it was hard to sit and stand. The wallpaper is peeling off walls in breakfast and dining area. ...

“Hotel bello ,confortevole e silenzioso. Personale gentile e disponibile. Stanza grande e confortevoli. Appena 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Bloomington e 10 minuti da Normal (con un centro molto bello). Colazione degna di nome,visto cosa propone la concorenza di queti tempi. Consiglio a chi passa da queste parti. ”

“This was the perfect overnight stop on our road-trip. The rooms were nice, location was safe, breakfast was amazing and the Bar snacks were perfect for a late night snack. I would highly recommend. ”

“Appreciated staying in a facility that was up to date and modern. Only complaint we have is that the elevator took way too long to close the doors, even when the button was pushed to close the doors (it did not respond).”

“We had a handicapped accessable room and the shower did not work properly. The hand held spray did not work. I told the front desk and they had a repairman come and fix it the next day. It then worked but it leaked horribly. The staff was good to get someone to look at it but the repairman did a less than good job.”

“Parking lot is in need of refurbishment. The complementary water bottle in my room was opened and partially empty, the small bottle of lotion was empty, the back of the toilet had hair on it, the sink drained slowly and built up when running/brushing teeth. The bed was comfortable, however. The pool was out of service and we were not advised prior to check in. The staff was friendly.”

“Breakfast menu was satisfactory, felt tge parking was safe and secured, room could have reviewed once again before guest check in (remaining hair in bathroom shower and the toilet), staff was respectful.”

“questo soggiorno è stata una piccola fiaba di poche ore. La casa risale all'Ottocento (è una villa) ed è registrata infatti nel Registro Nazionale statunitense dei luoghi storici. Entrando si viene subito trascinati in un'atmosfera magica perché le varie stanze sono rimaste arredate come un tempo: camini, grandi mobili in legno, palchetti originali e tanti piccoli oggetti curiosi (sarebbe lungo descriverli, vi consiglio una visita sul sito ufficiale della Vrooman Mansion). Le due signore che...

“Check in was easy, room was clean, bed was firm and I loved that. Would stay again should I pass through the area again. ”

“It was decent until I saw a mouse on my bedside table the next morning. Not gonna lie, really didn’t like that. I called the front desk and they offered to move me to another room but since I was checking out in five hours, I didn’t feel like it was necessary. There were ants around the syrup container lid in the breakfast area. But other than that, it was a nice stay. Plenty of restaurants and very convenient.”

“Didn't stay for breakfast. I woke up at 1 am and got the hell out of there. I only booked it because I wanted to watch the draft and smoke cigars. Yes that's right you can still get smoking rooms there. ”

“Mold in the bathroom on the ceiling, hair in the tub not mine! Air conditioner sounded like being in a car wash all night long. Did get reimbursed but a lot of work on rooms needs to be done.”
