“Beautiful old property in an idyllic setting. Friendly and helpful staff. Food good on the whole. Shower cold this morning in both rooms, which was disappointing. Lovely large bath sheets. Coffee machine in each room. Enjoyed our stay.”

“Well what a suprise this was! Years ago the White Horse had a bad reputation and was considered a bit of a dive. No longer though. The current owners have turned this into a very clean, well presented and comfortable stay. The staff were efficient, friendly and courteous. The bar and dining area were clean, tidy, regularly bussed the tables. The breakfast was ample and very well presented and the same can be said for the eveing meal. “The property was spotless and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was so well equipped and top end spec. The whole property was very luxurious and super comfy. I slept like a log - which is not at all normal for me. There were blankets for use inside and out, the linen and towels were beautiful. “Room was very cold ( plastic curtains over large patio door ) water was lukewarm, toilet cistern ran all night . Only 4 UHT milk and one earl grey tea bag !!Charged for parking in The Burford Car Park Area to right of room block on grass was covered in dogs mess !!Shocking place ”
