“This hotel should not be listed because it's undergoing repairs and the room I requested was not available. The view from the balcony is disgusting and very dirty. ”

“At check in I was told my expedia reservation had been cancelled. Not true at all. I had to check in with a pre-autorization as new guest. But once the issue got solved, the concierge and all personnel was very polite and caring, calling me by my name. On my departure day (late evening) I was given a room to take a shower (free of charge). The hotel is a standard African aged, well preserved good hotel. But polite service and excuses make the difference !”
