“Clean and good hotel”

“Problème d'humidité au mur surtout au 4e étage, serrure de porte brisée, wifi offert mais pas de connexion internet, aucune fiche avec les numéros d'appel de la réception ou du restaurant dans les chambres, télévision disponibles mais pas d'image, commode de lit pas nettoyé... Le service a la réception est irréprochable, cependant, il est pire au restaurant.”

“This hotel is located in Akwa and accessible to many areas. Finex voyage, market, and shopping center are within a shot walk. The guest wifi was non accessible. The hotel had to provide me with their own internet access. Overall, the staff were very helpful. I would not hesitate to book another stay on my next travel to Douala. ”

“At check in I was told my expedia reservation had been cancelled. Not true at all. I had to check in with a pre-autorization as new guest. But once the issue got solved, the concierge and all personnel was very polite and caring, calling me by my name. On my departure day (late evening) I was given a room to take a shower (free of charge). The hotel is a standard African aged, well preserved good hotel. But polite service and excuses make the difference !”
