“Ho avuto una multa nel oarcheggio nel quale ero autorizzato a parcheggiare (mi era,stata,data,anche la chiave elettronica per entrarci). Al checkout ho chiesto informazioni all' addetta alla reception la quale mi ha detto di non preoccuparmi e che ci avrebbe pensato lei. Ora ho ricevuto l' avviso via mail di pagare l' importo.”

If you're using a ride-hailing service, the car is not supposed to stop at the front of the house; it's better to use the spot on W 35th Ave or the back alley to get on / off. If your booked room is on the second floor and your luggage is heavy, be ready to lift it by yourself, as there is no elevator available.”

“We never actually stayed here. We booked with every intention of staying. We drove down the night before our 2year old sons surgery. We drove around for over an hour trying to find parking. It was roughly 730 or 8 when decided to give up. Our son was tired, cranky and hungry. We ended up at a different motel that had the ability to park. Our reservation was non refundable which we knew. “We were in an executive suite. The room was spacious, and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was ok. However, the kitchen utensils were very dirty, and I was surprised that the balcony had not been equipped with spikes or something else to keep away the great number of pigeons swarming about. The breakfast was ok, but the coffee finished very early, and no more was brought. The setup was weird, because you had to bring down your own tray and cups, get food, and go eat it in your room. “The building is quite old and isn't really a "Hotel". per se. That said, it had what I needed for a cheap stay in a clean place. The staff were the highlight, though. Friendly, helpful - great, all around.”
