“I wasn't there long enough to form an opinion outside of my arrival and room. My 2nd message from Carey Lodge which likely contained my door code and some entrance instructions would not open so I had a bit of a hard time figuring it all out while exhausted and in a lot of pain. “Expedia acts as an email intermediary between the guest and the user, and if their application doesn't work properly, you have major problems because the guest can't contact you, nor can you contact them. It was a challenge, but we were able to solve it without Expedia.”

“We were in an executive suite. The room was spacious, and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was ok. However, the kitchen utensils were very dirty, and I was surprised that the balcony had not been equipped with spikes or something else to keep away the great number of pigeons swarming about. The breakfast was ok, but the coffee finished very early, and no more was brought. The setup was weird, because you had to bring down your own tray and cups, get food, and go eat it in your room.
