“Ho avuto una multa nel oarcheggio nel quale ero autorizzato a parcheggiare (mi era,stata,data,anche la chiave elettronica per entrarci). Al checkout ho chiesto informazioni all' addetta alla reception la quale mi ha detto di non preoccuparmi e che ci avrebbe pensato lei. Ora ho ricevuto l' avviso via mail di pagare l' importo.”

“The room rent was value for money. There was no staff at the reception during my entire stay, checking in was pretty tedious. They send a code in the email. No reply to calls or messages. Breakfast was good”

“Newly renovated rooms in an excellent location.”

“We were given a room with a balcony and view of the harbour, which was a very nice surprise. One morning, the staff called a taxi for us, which was also very helpful. We were not able to use the $35 Expedia voucher for the restaurant, because we did not stay in Vancouver long enough, and we were not able to pass on the voucher to anyone else to use, so that was a little disappointing.”

“Very quiet despite being near Denman St. Hard to find a news channel on the Rolu tv or any useful channel. Rooms were clean and it is new. great kitchen. Room cleaning didnt hapen the day we were told but did the next day. A bit expensive for the area.”

“We were in an executive suite. The room was spacious, and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was ok. However, the kitchen utensils were very dirty, and I was surprised that the balcony had not been equipped with spikes or something else to keep away the great number of pigeons swarming about. The breakfast was ok, but the coffee finished very early, and no more was brought. The setup was weird, because you had to bring down your own tray and cups, get food, and go eat it in your room.
