“We had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain. The property is beautifully maintained, with stunning desert scenery and a peaceful atmosphere. Every staff member we encountered was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The level of hospitality exceeded our expectations, and the thoughtful service made our family vacation truly memorable. “Dead roach in the bathroom. The entryway light didn't work. It wasn't laid out very well as the lobby is at the very end of the building so we had to walk the length of the building to the breakfast area. Speaking of breakfast, they weren't doing that when we visited. Overpriced for what was provided. On the plus side, the little Asian restaurant, within walking distance, was a delightful surprise. Best dumplings I've had in years.”

“Front desk service was awful, rude, and unprofessional. She took a puff of her wax pen in front of me. The rooms were dirty, the trash cans had trash in it, and the sheets were dirty, and the towels were filthy”
