“I don’t even know where to start!!! When you pull up you think what a pretty hotel, you walk in the front door the smell from the air fresheners are way too strong you can’t stay in lobby long- We were greeted by a wonderful and I would say the most professional & kind receptionist her name is Kayla (the rest were horrible)! We got up to our room and it looked clean. We unpacked and settled in for the night. I was on my bed and my husband looked over and saw a bug crawling on the sheet. I got it...

“Room was dirty and smelled musty/moldy. We had to run to target across the street to get an air purifier just to tolerate the smell. Floor had dust/debris on it. Fridge did not keep food cool. The paint on bathroom door had grime and finger marks all over it. Just looked like the cleaning was bare minimum. Location was good. ”

“Overall this place was nothing special, but it was clean and located in a good area. The coffee table was a little dirty and our kitchen utensils needed a better clean - but besides that everything was fine. It’s what you pay for. The room was plenty big enough for us. Pool was much smaller than we expected, but it wasn’t too crowded. Breakfast was a typical hotel meal, pancakes and eggs taste watered down, but the coffee was good.
