“The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly! Anthony was so great with Smores around the fire! He went all out to make stay great! The housekeeping needs improvement as far as frequency. It needs daily towel removal and replacement. We had to go get our own stuff /towels from desk on day 3 after no housekeeping. The pool is nice but needs more than 3 lounge chairs. Beds, pillows and spacious room was comfortable and having a kitchen with glassware, big fridge and everything else u need was...

“Was all find and dandy till shower in the mourning was cold not even luke warm. Told them at desk and they apologize and said will tell maintenance. So gotta love warm ass Tampa and no shower ”

We could not access the property after 3 failed attempts to contact Mint House standing outside the property for over one hour in 90 degree weather in Tampa, Florida. They do not accept Expedia's Itinerary number and would only honor their booking number which was never given to us by Expedia. Two other people outside the property had the same problem and they both acknowlege booking thru Expedia. We had to book another hotel last minute in the area. BE...

“The room was clean and spacious. The front desk staff was amazing. Very kind and made our stay great! The breast was fine. It is what you expect for a hotel buffet breakfast. ”

“Fine hotel but two issues for us makes me not give five stars. We were in a room on the ground floor and around 5:30am, there was a bunch of loud slamming noises. No idea what it was coming from. It would happen and then stop. And then start again. It went on until almost 6 and then stopped completely. But by then the damage was done and I was awake. Secondly our shower was either scalding hot or barely warm, couldn’t go in between. Wouldn’t stay here again, plenty of other options in Lakeland...

“The Hotel was at the perfect location for Busch Gardens! While on the shuttle we realized that we left our daughter’s stroller. We asked to be taken back to the hotel to grab it and it was no problem for the driver! Had the best time”
