“This property was wonderful, beginning with the warm welcome at 12:30 a.m. due to our delayed flight. The front desk person was genuinely friendly and very helpful after a long day of travel. The fresh cookies didn’t hurt either. The location of the property is maybe 100 yds from a great beach access to Haystack Rock/Cannon Beach. Breakfast was great also and checkout was seamless. A great experience at a wonderful property! ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay at the Tradewinds Motel in Rockaway Beach! If you are looking for fancy and exclusive...look elsewhere. If you are looking for an incredible location (steps from the beach), clean rooms and linens, handy room amenities such as a stove/oven, microwave and mini-fridge, knowledgeable and friendly staff (Front Desk especially) AND won't break the budget..... Tradewinds Motel is for you! We will definately be back! Thanks for the great get-away!”

“Staff were very nice. Room didn’t have a mini fridge and was kind of small. Fire pits were fun. Food definitely needs to be improved upon though. ”

“For one the room was very small, the furniture didn’t even fit in the room. The walls are really thin. People kept knocking on our walls just for talking in a normal manner, we weren’t loud. We couldn’t get a hold of that staff. We were super uncomfortable, so much so that we had to book another hotel room at a different place. Never coming back to this place ever again.”

“It wasnt we were expecting, it did not match picrtures online; it was rundown and was a repurposed single wide trailer. Check in was at 4 but it was not ready til 5:30 because they were unaware we had reserved it. The lake is beautiful but for the price and the place, go down the road a few miles and stay somewhere else.”
