“Very noisy, paper thin walls and floors. Paid for room in advance, ask to move to higher floor due to noise issues. Staff moved to room that smelled very bad. Manager came up next day and said staff shouldnt have moved us, kicked us out of room. Was very rude and irate. We were already settled and stayed.
