“Was a last minute decision. I was very satisfied with the pricing, cleanliness, hot water, comfy bed......but,,,, the breakfast was the worst ive ever experienced at an IHG property. No selection very minimal choices, crappy eggs no fruit and definitely not the IHG standards that I have become accustomed to. I threw away 90% of my plate. On a final positive thought, Coffee machine was excellent though.”

“The only problem I had was the noise. I was on the 4th floor. I called the front desk 3 times. The lady on the desk said she would come up to check it out. I am not sure she did or not, because I called several times. The parking was excellent, but I probably will not visit there again. I even asked whether I was on a party floor. Being 73 of age, I want quite.”

“Went to a dance competition at the kalahari convention center and I’m so glad I stayed here instead as it was clean, convenient distance to the resort, close to food options (by the way the burger joint next door is really good), and way more affordable! Oh don’t forget the daily breakfast was good and so helpful when you are on a budget! Keep up the great work!!”

“First impression not so great, elevators were down and I had reserved a suite on second floor, couldn't imagine walking up and down with luggage and kids our entire stay. They did offer to move us to first floor but had to go from suite to double bed which was ok. The guy at front desk was amazing. He was very friendly and accommodating. “So let me start with a positive. It is a very clean hotel at least by 2026 standards unfortunately but it felt clean. Very no nonsense hotel elevator reeks of marijuana and the fire alarm went off at 4:44 AM on my first night there for some reason they just said we’ll fix it.
