“Very clean room”

“Hotel was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with scrambled eggs, sausage, and fresh waffles. It seems they are in the process of upgrading the property. One notable upgrade needed is the carpet in room. It was clean, but definately needs replacement. It was fine for our family friendly need and we would consider staying there again”

“Very close to Hershey Park. Close to CVS and Grocery Store. Fit the needs of the family.”

“Location is excellent. Front desk experience was excellent. The room we stayed in was small but thoughtfully decorated. Good to have a fridge and microwave in the room.”

“New hotel.. issues with WiFi.. had to call a help number and took 15 minutes to get WiFi.. unnecessary time that should not have had to do. They blamed it on being new.. that should have been worked out!”

“Super friendly staff that were willing to help with an early check-in and willing to hold our bags when our flight got delayed. Perfect hotel for the price and amount of time you’ll actually be in your room. A little dated for those looking for upscale but great for me and my family.”
