“The services provided, included valet parking, were superb. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our requests, specially to watch the World Cup games in their beautiful lobby. The hotel’s roof top is also beautiful, with good food, staff and ambience. All in all a god stay in a nice place in a nice city.”

“Staff were great, room was comfortable and clean. Hotel was kepot clean and nicely neat. Housekeeping, however, may take forever; one night the knocked on our door at around 7.30 pm to clean the room. Way too late! We were almost ready to go to sleep. We had to request extra towels for the following day and just wait until the next day to have the room cleaned. Another thing I would fix is...you don't get complimentary water except for the first day! We stayed for 5 nights and had to buy our...

“I am a HI fan so any time I can choose them I do. As usual I was completely satisfied. First of all, my plane was delayed 4 hours and I called the front desk. She was beyond helpful and professional. She let me know that whenever I got there, my room would be waiting for me--that took a load off because I was definitely stressed out. I didn't arrive until 1:56, but staff was available and got me checked in with no issues. Bed was clean and soft as usual and I had no issues with any appliances....
