Hotel in zona Downtown Village, Fountain Valley

“Used the hotel for the final night of our trip due to its proximity to the beaches and LAX airport. However check in was disappointing, when we established that the sofa bed wasn’t made up in advance and were handed the bedding to do it ourselves. We had booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children with a king bed and sofa bed so if the sofa bed wasn’t made up where were the children going to sleep? Dismissive attitude from the member of staff who explained it was our fault for not directly...

“Rooms are very clean, beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice and friendly. Easy check in. Always a pleasant experience. Love the size of the rooms and it having a kitchen, stove fridge, sink and 2 tvs. ”

“Parking was easy and secure. It's right along a main boulevard and the freeway is close. An excellent place to stay if you're going to Disneyland. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again. ”

“I checked into this hotel not expecting much - I never expect more than mediocrity from these large chains. But I have to say that this hotel is the best of its kind. It was remodeled two years ago, but still looks brand new. I was particularly impressed by the quality of my room - outstanding. No, you're not going to mistake it for a suite at the Four Seasons, but everything was done to a very high standard compared to other hotels in the same price range - lots of attention to detail in both...

“THE ONLY ISSUE WITH THIS HOTEL/ MOTEL IS THE PARKING AREA IS VERY SMALL THEY CAN EXPAND IT IN PLACE WHERE THE POOL WAS ONCE THERE”
