“We had a wonderful stay at Tulip Tree Bay Cottage. The rooms were clean & the host was very responsive. We had a lot of fun in the game room. It was so nice to be able to have a fire and roast marshmallows out back & we loved how close the lake was to enjoy the next day.”

Everything worked great for us, (including reliable internet) and we were very comfortable for our entire stay!The property management company was very prompt/helpful for any questions we had. “Love the MCM decor. King bed comfortable, kitchen/bathroom well stocked. Really appreciated the bottled water and snacks. They were nice after hiking waterfall trails. Location is ideal for exploring local waterfalls and state parks. Can walk downtown if you choose. We spent late evenings sitting on the patio. Thanks for a fun stay. Will definitely stay again if in area.”

“I have used VRBO exclusively for many years as they again provided us a wonderful option. As a last minute find we were excited to learn this clean and spacious property was available. Although it was 15 minutes from downtown, it was in a peaceful, quiet area in the midst of farmland. Always nice to have multiple bathrooms. If we ever need a place for more than my wife and I, would love to stay again”

“Kitchen well stocked with large pots and pans. Plenty of paper products .. never ran out of hot water and there were 6 of us . Driveway was hilly to get kayak trailer in easily but since driveway was pull thru became a non issue . Easy access to downtown Sparta . Next door neighbor and son were super sweet and welcoming . Bryan said we could turn trailer around in his yard if we needed … southern hospitality at its best ! ”

“The cabin was very cozy and nice. It did not have a direct view of the lake but was a short walk to it. The neighbors were very friendly and so were the chickens. They were fun to be around. Great place to stay and just unplug. ”

“The treehouse was so cute and cozy! We loved using the hot tub on the cool nights. We loved the secluded feel and being close to several hiking trails/state parks. Our favorite trail was twin falls at Rock Island State Park. ”

“We enjoyed our overnight stay at the house. It was clean and just as described. Enjoyed food at the Hurricane Marina and fished near by. I appreciated K cups being available in the morning so I could drink my coffee with a view!”
