“This had to be the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. Floor was so filthy our feet were black just by walking barefoot for a few minutes. Disgusting. AC did not cool the entire time. Several of the electric outlets did not work. Floorboards were lifting. Would not recommend. Had someone posing as Security knocking on our door in the middle of the night.”

“Bedbugs on my pillow. And showed picture to staff and requested a full refund . Employe Pillar told me to send her the pictures and she was going to showed them to manager. So i forward the pictures and still no refund. ”

“No amenities No help infestation problem i saw roaches and bugs so bad I had to go purchase some raid spray with my own money when I complained about it he said I wasn't welcomed there no more and didn't let me extend my stay”

“Dirty lobby. Dirty hallways. Dirty floors. Dirty walls. Dirty kitchen. Room smells dirty. Hair found on the linens and don’t even get me started on the bathroom! This place should be torn down.”

“The facility is dirty and rundown. There is no restaurant, no lounge. I was here a few years ago and it is truly falling into disarray .”

“Great clean room that smelled terrible (like a subway, someone said) when we returned to it. Avoided turning on the AC/fan after that since it had been running. Convenient spot-”

“We stayed here for our first family Trip to Disney 5.8.26. It was overall a great experience. I didn’t give 5 stars because the WiiFii in the Poolside rooms are HORRIBLE. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and we loved the basketball court, pool and fire pit! I would stay there again if they fixed the WiiFii service . They did comp the parking to accommodate for the bad internet service.”

“Camera spaziosa, abbastanza pulita. Lavandino e grande frigo disponibili, parcheggio gratuito e comodissimo. Colazione disponibile per poco tempo. La posizione è ottima per Disneyland e per tutti i locali e ristoranti.”
