Washer machines that take quarters yet front office had no quarters. Elevators sounded like they were about to break, floors throughout property were not maintained. “Easy to find fast check in”

“Front desk very friendly and helpful for a change. Noise all night from freeway and trucks and motorcyclists early morning heading out. Otherwise a good stop over and convenient with laundry washer/dryer.”

“Hard to find good hotels in LA/OC area. This one is well cared for, comfy beds, great breakfast (helps a lot) and even had a room with 3 beds for us. Great location. We’ll prob be back to this one next time we do Knott’s or Disney. Breakfast from 7-9a is a little limiting. Very friendly staff tho. Well done.”

“Towels and sheets were stained. The room had a funny smell. The bathroom was not carefully cleaned and they used fabuloso. Our room was in close proximity to the noise washer/ dryer. People arguing few doors down. The only great thing I can say; water pressure and temperature excellent!”

“Well just started that people in the office are extremely rude not helpful whatsoever or accommodating to customers . My makeup bag and. My luggage was left in the room and I went back for it 3 days later and they threw it away ????”
