“We booked for 2 days July 3rd to July 5th. On July 4th, we asked staff to clean our room from 10 to 11AM since we would be out. when we were back, the room still not be clean. It is OK, we just came down to the desk and asked to have room to be clean from 3PM to 4PM since we were out again. The first time, the front desk said that it would be clean. “Hard to find good hotels in LA/OC area. This one is well cared for, comfy beds, great breakfast (helps a lot) and even had a room with 3 beds for us. Great location. We’ll prob be back to this one next time we do Knott’s or Disney. Breakfast from 7-9a is a little limiting. Very friendly staff tho. Well done.”
