Hotel vicino a Santora Arts Building - Santa Anna

“This had to be the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. Floor was so filthy our feet were black just by walking barefoot for a few minutes. Disgusting. AC did not cool the entire time. Several of the electric outlets did not work. Floorboards were lifting. Would not recommend. Had someone posing as Security knocking on our door in the middle of the night.”

“Bedbugs on my pillow. And showed picture to staff and requested a full refund . Employe Pillar told me to send her the pictures and she was going to showed them to manager. So i forward the pictures and still no refund. ”

“We stayed here for our first family Trip to Disney 5.8.26. It was overall a great experience. I didn’t give 5 stars because the WiiFii in the Poolside rooms are HORRIBLE. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and we loved the basketball court, pool and fire pit! I would stay there again if they fixed the WiiFii service . They did comp the parking to accommodate for the bad internet service.”

“My 1st I checked in late. I went to take a shower & there was black mold throughout the bathroom: on the ceiling, walls & surrounding the tub. I took numerous pics of this mess. I went down discussed with the front desk & was told they’d switch my room for the 2nd night. She seemed VERY nonchalant regarding the mention of the black mold. Didn’t even flinch, actually.
