“Very beautiful natural setting in the middle of a big urban area. The afternoon/night office man was most polite and helpful and appreciated. Need a little more parking. Key system needs to be more traditional.”

“The property looked like it needs some TLC. It didn't look like a Hyatt. The room itself was nice, and the cleaning staff did a great job keeping it clean. The amenities were nice as well. No matter how much you clean it, the carpets in the room and the corridor need to be replaced. The breakfast was nice and fresh, the staff were friendly and polite.”

“Overall stay was okay. It was our anniversary but we were unable to rest because the bed was so uncomfortable and hard. Also didn’t realize housekeeping only came every other day.”

“The room was nice and accomodating. I found it surprising, however, that the room only had two USB ports in the entire room, and those were on the wall directly between the two beds...not very accomodating for someone needing to use a computer at the table. Additionally, of those two USB ports, only one was working; the other was clearly damaged and you couldn't even plug a USB device into the port. When I mentioned this to the front desk, I was told, "I didn't think those even worked. I guess...

“We got there the pool was green. One of the kitchen stove burners didn’t work we was told they would send someone they didn’t. We booked there because of the stove and pool so overall not great.”

“Love the living room area being a bit separate from the staff. Absolutely love the staff. I had some stuff delivered to my room while I was away. The staff noticed the items and placed them in the room.”

“Would have liked the restroom to to not have hair on the floor. The toilet was not working and they fixed it promptly. There was still a leak though. Overall the place was decent to lay head down for a few hours before getting back on the road. Staff were prompt when I expressed there was an issue with the toilet.”

“The whole time we stayed the TV did not work. Nobody cleaned our room. In fact I didn’t see anybody cleaning rooms. We had to go and ask for towels everyday. Horrible stay.”

“Really dirty people hanging out under tree in back working on vehicles very poor looking establishment wont rent there again it was emergency rental for friend I would never stay here.”

“The guy at check in (I think it was the manager) was extremely friendly and remembered me and had conversations throughout my stay. Breakfast was very good and fresh. Hotel pool was clean. Room was clean. There was only one employee I encountered that wasn’t too friendly, a younger lady I had asked what direction to get to the pool and she gave me a crazy look and just pointed outside and said “out there”… ik the pool is outside (duh) but I didn’t realize it was only accessible from an outside...
